Digital Product Delivery

All products available on ThemeShop are delivered digitally.
Orders are processed and delivered within 1–2 working days after successful payment.

Customers are advised to wait for the delivery period before raising delivery-related concerns.

Refund Eligibility

Wallet-Based Refunds
  • Approved refunds are issued only to your ThemeShop wallet.

  • Refunds are not processed back to the original payment method.

  • If a purchase was made using wallet balance, no refund will be issued.

General Refund Terms

  • All products sold on ThemeShop are non-tangible digital goods and cannot be returned like physical products.

  • Refunds are provided only under specific and valid conditions.

  • Once approved, refunds may take 5–10 working days to reflect in your ThemeShop wallet.

If you encounter a technical issue with a product (WordPress theme, plugin, HTML template, Shopify theme, or other digital item), we strongly recommend contacting the product author or support team first.

Most issues can be resolved quickly through proper support without requiring a refund.

Product Not as Described
  • The product is materially different from its description or demo preview.

  • The product does not function as advertised and cannot be fixed by support.

Security Vulnerabilities
  • The product contains a verified security issue.

  • The issue is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe after being reported.

Promised Support Not Provided
  • Active support was included with the purchase.

  • The author or seller fails to provide the promised support.

Unused Support Extension
  • A support extension was purchased but not used.

  • The refund request is submitted before the current support period expires.

Product Not Downloaded
  • The product has not been downloaded within 1 month of purchase.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Product no longer needed
